Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0 assessment and coaching)

We are living in a time of rapid change and these shifts can take a toll on us both personally and professionally.  Our thoughts are behaviours may also take us by surprise as we encounter new challenges and adjustments in the workplace, in family life and the greater society, and may cause us to behave in a less than appropriate way.  Emotional Intelligence is just as important if not more, than our skills and qualifications.  It is estimated to account for 27-45% of job success and is an important ingredient for individuals to fulfill their potential and live their best life.  Take 30 seconds and see if any of the below questions apply to you, a friend, colleague or subordinate:

  1. My emotions get the best of me at work and is impeding my success?
  2. I feel ‘stuck in a rut’ as I am not living up to my potential and striving towards my goals?
  3. I find it difficult to get along with others staff members at work?
  4. I let others ‘walk all over me’?

If you answered ‘YES’ to any of the above then the EQ-i 2.0 assessment can help.  It assists with identifying patterns that hold individuals back from achieving their potential.

We offer these assessments and coaching to INDIVIDUALS who want to take charge of their personal development and to ORGANISATIONS who want to understand the emotional skill set of current or prospective employees and how it affects performance.
