A) A wide range. During Covid there was IM groups (Teams), Social media (WhatsApp), 1-1 calls, “Social” video calls, small meetups in person (when allowed), weekly whole firm calls, emails and newsletters. Post covid, a lot has remained though frequency has changed and in-person/ physical has ramped up.
B) The range of channels worked very well. Also the mix of content and tone, and speakers.
