      Q1: The metaphors which are prevalent in my organisations are brains and political systems.

      Q2: The change in a SaaS company is a natural part and the leadership manages different points of views on how the software should evolve in an efficient manner. In regards to the political system, I need to use the power of other team members and key players to move along the change initiatives.
