This assessment is for individuals who want to understand their emotional intelligence and how it affects their work, goals and personal lives. One or more can be purchased for individuals in an organisation.
HOW IT WORKS
- Once the purchase is made you will be asked to provide the names and email addresses of the individuals who will be taking the assessment and an assessment link will be sent to each of the candidates.
- On completion of the assessment, the Workplace Report will be sent to the candidate along with a link to book a feedback coaching session to discuss the results and set out a plan for implementing the action points. The maximum duration of this session is 1 hr.
